You earned a high rank in the past, but your business has slipped a bit lately. Now you want some of that sweet Title Plus cash? We’ve got good news for you!
Many fantastic Team Members may have achieved their highest pin level years ago, and some may have since seen a decline in volume throughout their organization. Therefore, they may think they are far from earning a Title Plus bonus. But, have no fear! Your Title Plus cash is closer than you think!
For anyone who qualifies for Elite Honors in January 2018, your Title Plus “starting line” will be based on the highest Title Volume you achieved in 2017.
In other words, your highest month of Title Volume achieved last year will be where you used as the starting line for you to earn Title Plus bonuses. But remember, this special privilege will only be extended to those who qualify for Elite Honors in January 2018!
Here’s an example of how this special Title Plus starting line can benefit you:
Yes, you will still be recognized as a Gold level Team Member, and for all other promotions and programs you will still be considered Gold. You should still be aiming to achieve the next rank of Team Leader. BUT, for the purposes of the Title Plus promotion:

Please know that this policy has not been implemented to undermine the pin levels you worked so hard to achieve in the past. This is simply a way to get as many of our hard working Team Members to benefit from the Title Plus promotion as possible.
